Purpose

Rather than being just a career choice or vocation, I have made customer education my purpose. The field of adult learning is more exciting today than ever before. With new technologies available, new environments in which to test them and a myriad of new tools to assess the efficacy of our efforts, there is no reason that a well designed curriculum will not benefit your organization immensely.

My Story

Hello, I'm Alexander Rexroad. My interest in adult learning started in the Peace Corps, where I worked on a train the trainer curriculum for the Kingdom of Tonga. During my time of service, several prominent experts in adult learning theory from New Zealand and Australia also were working in Tonga, helping to develop a nationwide curriculum. Working with them enabled me to take learning principles and immediately apply them in the classroom. I was hooked.

Since then I have worked in training or curriculum development across multiple industries, including: big tech, small tech, healthcare, manufacturing, mining, retail, entertainment and hospitality. All the while innovating methodologies with new tools to enhance the learner experience.

Having worked for some of the best and brightest companies, such as Interwoven (now part of OpenText), Marketo (an Adobe Company), Taleo (Oracle Human Capital Management), ServiceNow, and Amplitude, I have gained unique insights on how to best leverage awesome capabilities that cloud applications offer us to maximize your investment in training.

I started Education with Efficiency in hopes of helping small to large organizations take their education services to the next level. When you book time with us, you voluntarily submit your first name, last name, email address, and company name. Once you have submitted the form, we will send an email or call you directly to set up time with you to discuss your needs. If you decide you do not want to receive any information from us, or discuss your needs, we will respect your decision.

Also, you always can review, correct, and/or unsubscribe your data. As you provide your information, you also have the following rights:

We retain your information for as long as it is deemed useful in regards to contacting you and/or informing you about our content and services. If you no longer want to hear from us, please use the Contact page to select Unsubscribe from the drop-down list and submit the form. Education with Efficiency, LLC will remove your information from our database.
